The Master's Uniform belongs to the master, but you can wear it too. If one kills enough Vortexes you might find this rare drop, in addition to other things like Holy Armor. The Master's Uniform offers a modest casting speed bonus, not nearly as much as the Cloak of Alacrity, but offers much better protection and additional elemental resistances, so long as one has the strength to use it. Beware of poison while wearing this.
